Apartments and prices
Oásis Azul is a small holiday home with two studio apartments in the countryside of Moncarapacho.
If you want to enjoy a comfortable, quiet and natural environment then you have come to the right place.
We have two comfortable apartments available, Casa Cá and Casa Lá, both with private terrace. Both apartments are on the ground floor and suitable for one or two people. An extra bed can be placed in Casa Cá (instead of the sofa) for a third person.
Children are welcome when renting both apartments at the same time.
If a single apartment is rented, we only rent to adults.
Pets are welcome in the winter period, subject to prior agreement.
Casa Cá & Casa Lá
Both apartments have underfloor heating/cooling.
A comfortable double bed (which could be coverd as two single beds), bed linen and linen for the bathroom and kitchen.
A kitchen with double burner induction cooktop, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, milk foamer, electric kettle, toaster, cooking and eating utensils, crockery and glassware.
A breakfast bar with stools and seating area.
A luxurious bathroom with walk-in rain and hand shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
Wifi and use of TV with European channels.
A spacious, private outdoor terrace, communal swimming pool with sun loungers and shaded areas. Shared gas barbecue and several seats in the garden.
Parasols and bath towels to take to the beach.
Casa Cá has an area of 40 m2 and Casa Lá of 30 m2 (excluded terrace).
Optional: Breakfast basket
Would you like a well-filled breakfast basket every morning? We can provide this service. The extra costs are 10 euros for 1 person, 17.50 euros for 2 persons or 25 euros for 3 persons per day.

Additional information
Rental period
The apartments can be rented all year round and are equipped with underfloor heating/cooling.
Including
Prices include water, electricity, WIFI and use of TV with European channels.
The use of bed linen, linen for bathroom, kitchen and two bath towels are included.
Towels and tea towels are changed every three days. Bed linen is changed once a week.
Final cleaning is also included.
For stays longer than seven nights your apartment will be cleaned once a week.
Extra cleaning is possible at a cost of € 30,- each time.
Adults/kids
Children are welcome if both apartments are rented at the same time.
If only one apartment is rented, we only rent to adults.
Pets
Pets are welcome during the winter period, subject to prior agreement.
Extra bed
Possible at Casa Cá: € 15 per night. The bed replaces the sofa.
Arrival/departure days and times
The arrival and departure days are flexible.
Arrival time from 14:00 hrs and departure before 11:00 hrs.
These times can be changed subject to prior agreement.
Stock
Basic items such as oil, herbs, tea, some coffee capsules and filtered water are waiting for you in the apartments.
Only a five minute drive away you will find a supermarket with an excellent choise of basic items.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments or at the plunge pool.
Booking and deposit
The reservation can be made online via this link. The reservation will be acknowledged by e-mail and is confirmed after we have received a deposit of 50% of the amount due. The remaining amount can be paid in cash during your stay or transferred before the end of the stay. We do not ask for a security deposit.
Different cancellation and deposit conditions regarding Covid2019 (effective from 21-12-2020)
Because we realise that it is difficult to look ahead and pay for a trip that you are not yet sure you can make, we have temporarily eased our cancellation conditions. When you make a reservation for a stay in 2021 you can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks in advance. We ask you to pay the deposit (50%) 4 weeks before arrival.
Within 4 weeks before booking, the cancellation conditions are as follows:
Within 4 weeks up to 2 weeks before arrival date: 50% of the total rent.
Within 2 weeks before arrival date: 100% of the total rent.

Up to 8 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount.
Within 8 weeks to 2 weeks before arrival date: 75% of the total amount.
Within 2 weeks before arrival date: 100% of the total amount.
We advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.
Additional cancellation conditions regarding Covid 2019
In Olhão, the municipality where Oásis Azul is located, the number of Covid infections has remained relatively low. In the unlikely event of a new outbreak, the reservation can be converted into a voucher (valid for one year) provided that code orange or red is in force in the municipality of and the reservation takes place within six weeks.
