Rental conditions Oásis Azul

 

1. Conditions applicable

The following terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded with Oásis Azul (hereinafter referred to as owner).

 

2. Rental period

2.1. Apartements: From October to June the minimum rental period is four nights.

From July to September this is seven nights

2.2. Tenda: The minimum rental period is four nights.

 

3. Booking and deposit

3. Reservations and down payments

3.1. Reservations can be made online, by telephone or by e-mail. The reservation is final after receipt of the deposit of 50% of the rent. The deposit must be paid within one week after the reservation.

3.2. The remainder of the rent must be paid at least 30 days before arrival.

3.3. If the payments are not made within the agreed period, the lessor reserves the right to cancel the reservation. If a deposit has already been made, failure to meet the payment agreement shall be deemed a cancellation and no refund shall be made.


4. Arrival/departure days and times

The arrival and departure days are flexible. 

Arrival time from 15:00 hrs and departure before 11:00 hrs.

This can be flexible subject to prior arrangement.

 

5. The rental price

The prices include water, electricity. For Casa Cá & Lá: WIFI and use of TV with European channels.

Tenda has no TV or WIFI. The use of bed linen, linen for bathroom and kitchen and bath towels are included.

 

6. Cleaning

6.1. Final cleaning is included.

Upon departure, the renter is expected to leave the apartment tidy. I.e. dishes done, garbage removed and all fixtures and fittings are in the same place as the start of the rental.
6.2. For stays longer than seven nights the apartment will be cleaned once a week and the bed linen will be changed.

6.3. Extra cleaning is possible at a cost of € 30,- each time.

6.4. Towels are changed every four days. 

6.5. For renters who make use of the long-term winter rate, modified conditions apply (see point 15).

 

7. Adults

The accommodation is based on the adults-only concept and is only accessible to persons with a minimum age of eighteen years.


8. Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, tent or at the plunge pool.

 

9. Cancellation policy

Cancellation must take place in writing (can also be done electronically).

Up to 8 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount.
Within 8 weeks to 2 weeks before the arrival date: 75% of the total amount.
Within 2 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount.


10. Placement

The renter can transfer the booking to another renter no later than seven days before the start of the rental period.

This is only possible with permission of the owner. 

 

11. Liability

11.1. During the stay in Oásis Azul the renter is responsible for the apartment, its furnishings and all items belonging to the rented property. Any damage caused by the renter or parties must be reported immediately to the owner.

11.2. No deposit is required, but if damage has occurred, this will be charged to the renter. For renters who make use of the winter tariff there are additional conditions regarding the payment of security deposit (see point 15).

11.3. The owner is not liable for loss, theft and/or (personal) damage, caused to or by renters of Oásis Azul.

11.4. The owner is not liable for damage caused by civil disorder, natural disasters, nuclear disasters, attacks, strikes, violence, epidemics and other external factors.

11.5. The owner is not liable or responsible for damage, loss or changes resulting from factors beyond his control.

11.6. The owner has the right to cancel a reservation at any time if circumstances beyond the owner's control force or compel him to do so. In such a case, the owner is only obliged to refund the rent already paid by the renter.

11.7. Despite the fact that we live very quietly and have no direct neighbours, it is possible that work may take place such as construction or other activities in the vicinity of Oásis Azul. The owner is not liable for any nuisance resulting from this.


12. Complaints

If the stay does not meet expectations, the renter must inform the owner as soon as possible, so that a solution can be sought.

A complaint book is available and the complaint can also be reported through this site.


13. Plunge pool 

The saltwater 'plunge pool' has a diameter of 4.6 metres and is not heated and is open as long as the weather permits.


14. Privacy

Personal data will not be passed on to third parties (with the exception of our partner Huurkalender, for the booking portal).


15. Agreement

The renter is deemed to have read and understood the above conditions. When making a reservation, the renter agrees to the above conditions.
