RENTAL INFORMATION

Rental period

The apartements can be rented all year round and are equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning.

Including

Prices quoted include water, electricity, WIFI and use of TV with European channels.

The use of bed linen, linen for bathroom, kitchen, bath towels and bathrobes are included.

Towels can be changed every four days. Bed linen is changed once a week.

Final cleaning is included.

For stays longer than seven nights, we clean once a week.

An additional, interim, cleaning is possible for €30 per time.

Tourist tax

From 1 June 2023, we are obliged to charge a tourist tax in the district of Olhão (to which we are part of). From November to April this tax amounts to: €1 and from May to October €2 per person per night. With a maximum of 5 nights. 

Adults

The accommodation assumes the adults-only concept.

Arrival/departure days and times

Arrival and departure days are flexible.

Arrival from 15:00 hrs and departure before 11:00 hrs.

This can be deviated from in consultation.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the apartements and by the plunge pool.

Booking and deposit

Reservations can be made online via this link. The reservation is final upon receipt of the down payment of 50% of the rent. We would like to receive the remaining amount at least 30 days before arrival. We do not ask for a deposit.

Rental conditions

By making the reservation, you agree to the rental conditions.

Cancellation conditions

Up to 8 weeks before arrival date: 50% of the total rent.
Within 8 weeks up to 2 weeks before arrival date: 75% of total rent.
Within 2 weeks before arrival date: 100% of the total rental sum.
We recommend travel and cancellation insurance.

Car hire

We are happy to work with Francisco from Enjoy2drive. Francisco will wait for you, with your rental car, at Faro airport. All insurance, additional driver, box for the toll road, unlimited mileage and possibility to cross the border are included. If you specify that you are staying with us, you will get a more comprehensive package than if you book directly through his site. It's best to email him for a quote. Francisco speaks excellent English.

Given the location of our venue, it is convenient to rent a means of transport. This could, of course, be a motorbike, moped or bicycle.
